Dancers' Studio
STUDIO POLICIES

Tuition and Fees
Tuition is due in full, on the first lesson of each month. A $5 late fee is assessed for payments received after the 15th of the month, and a $10 late fee is assessed for payments not received by the end of the month. Students will not be allowed to continue classes with more than one month past due tuition. Tuition and fees are non refundable and non transferable. There are no refunds for partially attended months.
Performances
Participation in all performances is optional. Additional participation and costumes fees are due for each production. These fee are non-refundable if a student chooses to quit the production after rehearsals have started.
Dress Code
Please refer to Class Requirements under the Classes tab.

Attendance and Make-up classes
Good attendance is critical to consistent student progress and advancement. Cancelled classes will be re-schedule. Absences can be made up in a class of equal or lower level.

Tardiness
Students should be on time for the beginning of class. Students who are more than 15 minutes late may be asked to observe class. This is to ensure the students' safety by ensuring muscles are properly warmed-up to prevent injuries and to not disrupt the flow of the class.

Class Observation
Classes can be observed at any time through the viewing window. Parents/Guardians are not allowed into the studio rooms.
Winter Weather
In the chance of inclement weather, we will cancel class. The safety of our students and their families is most important. In all cases, please use your best judgment. We will notify families of cancellations by email and will post on our Facebook page.

Student Behavior
All students must behave in a courteous manner towards each other. Disrespect or disruptive behavior of any kind could be grounds for dismissal. Good behavior includes respecting class and rehearsal time, not littering, and getting along with fellow dancers. Please also remember: no chewing gum, beverages or food inside the studio room (OK in the office). Prefer you limit food to light snacks in the office. Healthy snacks encourage dancers during long rehearsal days (energy bars, fruits, etc.)! Please remember to clean up after yourself.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, age national origin, or sexual orientation. This is a place of business; students/families must conduct themselves in a quiet, controlled, appropriate manner. Young children should not be left unattended.
